I will reply in English as I guess Dutch is not your native language.
We will take such a project into consideration.

Did you create this fact sheet by yourself?

The "V"-sign does not indicate a diverging route. It indicates that the train is going from normal track (voie normale) to opposite track (contra-voie) or the other way around. The sign itself is called a Chevron in french
The signal that can only show Stop or Proceed is not a distant signal  ;)

We already have some good information available on how things work and what the various static sign mean.
However, any additional and reliable information is appreciated.

There is a seperate signal guide document available explaining what every signal aspect means:
http://forum.coha.nl/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=124
It is in Dutch and English.

It is included in the download for the Dutch signals as well.
Anyway, guessing that you are German, if you want to see a German translation as well, well then I really would like to attempt to translate it into German, but then you should help me on getting it phrased correctly knowing the fact that the german people are very keen on proper language (which is a good thing)
